At Prema, organic isn’t a trend - it’s just how we operate. We’re a 100% organic, gluten-free, scratch kitchen and café on 30A.

We’re hiring experienced team members who take real pride in what they do. Whether you're a seasoned barista, quick on a busy line, or great with guests at the register, we'd love to hear from you. We can teach our recipes and workflows, but we can't teach reliability, strong communication, or a good attitude.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Craft & Prep: Make cold-pressed juices, espresso drinks with house-made cashew milk, and scratch meals with consistency and care.
• Host: Create an unbeatable guest experience where people feel genuinely taken care of.
• Maintain the Flow: Keep your station clean, stocked, and efficient during rush hours.
• Support the Team: Communicate clearly and jump in where needed. We operate as a team, not in silos.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, café, or kitchen setting.
• Reliability - you show up on time and ready to work.
• Proactive energy - you spot tasks that need doing and tackle them.
• Genuine interest in clean food, health, and wellness.
• A grounded, respectful attitude toward guests and coworkers.

• Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL (In-person)
• Hours: Full-time and Part-time (Day shifts, weekends required)
• Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable standing and moving during busy shifts.
