What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) & Lead On-Site Medical Provider position at Pregnancy Assistance Center North PACN?
Pregnancy Assistance Center North (PACN) provides women and couples, compassionate, holistic care and evidence-based education for sexual health, pregnancy decisions and support in a Christ-centered environment. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we do this by offering services free of charge to support the client through their decision making process, pregnancy, and to walk alongside them until their child turns 3.
This role combines direct patient care with medical leadership in a Christ-centered clinic serving women and families facing unplanned pregnancies.
Hours: Exempt, 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care within PACN’s medical services
- Supervise medical staff and assist with clinic operations
- Develop and oversee medical policies, procedures, and quality assurance
- Prescribe medications, order/interpret diagnostics, and maintain EMR documentation
- Perform limited ultrasound scanning (training provided)
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours APR support
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership team
Qualifications
- Committed Christian who agrees with PACN’s Statement of Faith
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Women’s Health preferred)
- National certification (AANP or ANCC) preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to compassionate, faith-based, patient-centered care
