SUMMARY:
Work with quality team to assure consistent quality of production by maintaining quality systems, validating processes and ensuring quality documents are up-to-date.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create, update and verify work instructions, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and available in all work areas.
- Work with quality team to create, update and verify written procedures.
- Update and distribute internal and external defect Pareto charts on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete quality alerts and update instructions/control plan based on nonconformances from the customer.
- Spearhead the Layered Process Audit (LPA) process by creating and updating schedule, tracking non-conformances, updating LPA forms, and following up with appropriate team members.
- Facilitate PFMEA meetings to update and complete, coordinate with quality team and provide appropriate communication to necessary team members.
- Complete the Non-Conforming Ticket (NCT) and return process, ensuring process is completed timely and accurately.
- Work with quality team to complete Process Sign-Off (PSO) and update as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, College degree is preferred. Good oral and written communication skills required. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
