Your impact
- Lay the groundwork for quality by preparing surfaces—cleaning, sanding, and priming as required.
- Achieve exact finishes by mixing and matching paints to specification.
- Apply paint, varnish, and specialized coatings with spray equipment.
- Verify uniformity and finish quality; fine-tune your process as needed.
- Uphold a safe, orderly workspace and follow safety procedures at all times.
- Partner closely with teammates to hit project targets and specifications.
- Extend tool life and performance through routine equipment maintenance.
What sets you up for success
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional industrial coating training is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial painting or similar finishing work.
- Working knowledge of coating materials, application methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and apply information from technical documents and blueprints.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to top-tier workmanship.
- Ability to operate independently and collaborate effectively.
- Physical capability for manual tasks and lifting heavier materials.
