What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Typist position at Preferred Title, LLC?
Preferred Title, LLC. is looking for a detail orientated individual to join our Title team.
Preferred Title is one of the oldest providers of title insurance in Dane County and we take pride in our long history of providing quality service. We are a full-service title company for both residential and commercial real estate transactions providing: title insurance, real estate closings, construction disbursements and other related services.
Position is located on-site.
Pay is $20-26 per hour based on experience.
Job Functions:
Typist will:
· Accurately and efficiently produce title insurance documents (commitments and policies).
· Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
· Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as requested, including: filing, labeling, faxing, copying, indexing, etc.
· Follow up with other staff members to ensure accuracy of each of the products produced.
Job Requirements:
· High School Diploma and/or GED, required
· Post High School Education, preferred (business administration, legal or related field).
· Experience in title/real estate preferred.
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to analyze information to completion.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Typist-Ability to type with accuracy.
