Summary
JOB SUMMARY/ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT:
The HR Administrator is responsible for the HR and recruiting function to include, but not be limited to, sourcing and credentialling new hires, maintaining personnel/administrative files, developing/presenting/obtaining approval of continuing education courses that meet criteria for live/website CEUniversity.org courses approved by recognized authorities for continuing education credit of various disciplines.
- Qualifications
- Required experience in healthcare or pediatric services . Home health experience a plus.
- Proven experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and recruiting systems such as really.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Spanish speaker a plus
