We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter - Follow Up Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound and warm calling, nurturing leads, and scheduling appointments to support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Responsibilities

 Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products or services

 Follow up with leads generated through account executives and previous contacts to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel

 Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring timely and effective communication

 Utilize our CRM software to log interactions, update lead information, and track follow-up activities

 Engage in active negotiation to address client needs and overcome objections, aiming to secure commitments for meetings or demos

 Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality

 Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, representing the company positively


Requirements

 Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments

 Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively

 Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms

 Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

 Knowledge of technology sales, technical sales, or business development is a plus

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals

 Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns and manage multiple leads simultaneously

 Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships

 Prior experience with marketing initiatives and warm calling strategies is desirable
