Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products or services
Follow up with leads generated through account executives and previous contacts to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring timely and effective communication
Utilize our CRM software to log interactions, update lead information, and track follow-up activities
Engage in active negotiation to address client needs and overcome objections, aiming to secure commitments for meetings or demos
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions, representing the company positively
Requirements
Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments
Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
