A DAY IN THE LIFE OF HUMAN RESOURCE/OFFICE ASSISTANT
As a Human Resource/Office Assistant, you will answer the phones, greets visitors and applicants, and handles the day-to-day activities of the front desk. This position also provides back-up support for the Staffing Manager by assisting with payroll, reports, accounts payable and new hire paperwork as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADVANTAGE CASE MANAGER
- High School Diploma or GED
- Have Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, E-mail programs and general office equipment.
- Must have a least 1 year of administrative assistant or in a similar position.
- Reliable transportation.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
