- Prepare the majority of lien releases
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure NTOs are accurate
- Train in all facets of collections
- Provide coverage when fellow Release Specialists or the NTO Administrator are on PTO
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Collections Manager
- Experience with Florida Construction Lien Law is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- State of Florida Notary designation highly desired
- Strong attention to detail
