Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with manufacturing tasks, including material handling, packaging, and assembly support
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move supplies, equipment, and finished products safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to promote a safe working environment
- Support equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting as directed by supervisors
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines to ensure product quality and safety
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to supervisors for prompt resolution
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with basic tools and machinery is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and maintaining cleanliness standards in production areas
- Excellent physical stamina, endurance, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
