Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Keep the yard and plant areas clean and organized by sweeping, shoveling, and performing general clean-up tasks.
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Support plant operations by providing manual labor wherever needed—no two days are the same!
- Help with routine maintenance tasks like pressure washing, organizing supplies, and general upkeep.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies, and let your supervisor know when we’re running low.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Take on other duties as assigned to help keep the plant running efficiently.
- You have a strong work ethic and enjoy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- You’re comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
- You’re a team player with good communication skills.
- Experience as a Yard Team Member, Yard Laborer, Yard Worker, or in construction/landscaping is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
- You have a basic understanding of construction materials and tools, or you’re eager to learn.
- You have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- You’re willing to follow safety procedures and company protocols.
- You’re ready to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
