- Conducts routine and specialized sonographic examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging.
- Provides preliminary interpretations and alerts physicians to potential pathologies.
- Gathers clinical information from charts and patient interactions to optimize exams.
- Assists in invasive and special procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintains and calibrates ultrasound equipment, performs quality assurance, and adheres to safety standards.
- Supports training of colleagues, students, and visitors.
- Completes documentation, reports, and manages computer systems related to procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year relevant experience.
- Certification or license as per department standards.
- Strong technical proficiency, adaptability, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
