- Valid RN license
- Experience in operating room nursing and first assist preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Perform preoperative assessments and preparations
- Support surgical teams during procedures
- Monitor patient status throughout surgery
- Ensure sterile techniques and infection prevention
- Provide post-operative care and patient education
