Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity
Role and Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy, monitor progress, and modify plans as needed. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, social workers, families, and rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and progress. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Contribute to positive patient outcomes by delivering high-quality care within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
Qualifications and Skills: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, current Tennessee license or eligibility, and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred experience in healthcare settings, especially in dysphagia and swallowing disorders, and familiarity with reimbursement requirements.
