RN Supervisor - Cath Lab, Full Time, Day Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor, RN - Cath Lab to oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory located in Downey, CA. This full-time, day shift position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled team in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include

• Supervising and coordinating nursing staff within the Cath Lab to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Overseeing patient assessments, care planning, and post-procedure care to meet clinical standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Providing staff education, mentoring, and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless care delivery.
