We are seeking a dedicated RN Manager, Clinical Operations/ICU Manager, to oversee ICU clinical operations in Kailua, HI. This full-time, day shift position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a compassionate healthcare setting.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing leadership and oversight of ICU nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and safety
• Developing and implementing clinical protocols, policies, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards

• Fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting staff development and education
