Responsibilities: Administers nursing duties, collaborates with healthcare teams, and assesses patient needs. Ensures compliance with licensure requirements and maintains current certifications such as BLS, with additional unit-specific certifications as needed.
Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), a valid RN license, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks is necessary.
Skills & Certifications: Knowledge of nursing standards, excellent communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, and others relevant to departmental needs.
