Position: RN - Medical ICU
Location: Naperville, IL
Hours: 36 hours/week, night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies; assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations; delegate tasks appropriately; collaborate with team members to achieve unit goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 2 years critical care RN experience; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS within six months of start date.
