- Completes assigned goals and builds clinical knowledge, demonstrating emerging leadership skills.
- Currently enrolled as a senior student in an approved registered nursing program, within one year of graduation, meeting all academic requirements.
- Computer literacy and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
