Role: Full-time Night Shift Respiratory Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide critical respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients in a Level II Trauma Center.
Perform assessments, administer oxygen and aerosol therapies, manage ventilators, analyze ABGs, and respond to rapid response and code situations.
Collaborate with physicians and nurses, follow evidence-based protocols, ensure accurate documentation, and support patient and family education.
Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of respiratory care techniques, ability to operate advanced equipment, strong teamwork and communication skills, and commitment to patient safety and education.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality respiratory care, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, adhere to protocols, maintain accurate records, and contribute to ongoing patient care and safety.
