Key Responsibilities
- Performing direct patient care in respiratory therapy.
- Collaborating with physicians to evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Serving as an advanced resource for respiratory care questions.
- Utilizing appropriate respiratory care devices and equipment.
- Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
- State licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
- Preferred critical care experience; PALS certification for ER roles; ACLS preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, pushing, pulling, and equipment handling up to 50 lbs, with minimal kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Strong clinical knowledge of respiratory therapies.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate various respiratory care devices.
