- Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate patient care.
- Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Performing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
- Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
- At least one year of nursing experience, including six months of travel experience.
- Residency at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
- Required certifications and competencies, with ongoing professional development.
- Weekly pay with included stipends.
- Eligibility for comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
- Opportunities for contract extensions or site changes after 14 weeks.
