Role Overview: This is an onsite ICU nursing position requiring direct patient care in a technically complex environment.
Responsibilities: Provide top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practices, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, at least 6 months ICU experience or completion of a fellowship, and current BLS and ACLS certifications through recognized organizations.
Key Duties: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU settings, support specialty education and competency validation, and adhere to evidence-based models including AACN's Synergy Model and certification standards.
