- Assessing patient conditions and developing treatment plans.
- Scheduling and managing patient visits independently, including driving in various conditions.
- Handling emergencies and adapting to changing situations effectively.
- Collaborating with healthcare staff, physicians, and the public while maintaining confidentiality.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state license and valid driver’s license.
- CPR certification.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
- Good physical health, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to work independently, problem solve, and manage time efficiently.
- Preferred experience in acute or home care and at least two years of relevant practice.
