Role Overview: Responsible for completing all core curriculum and clinical competencies in a Nurse Residency Program, under supervision, to develop nursing skills and knowledge.

- Participate actively in professional development, peer support groups, and clinical training.
- Assist in managing clinical situations, performing assessments, and developing care plans with oversight from a licensed RN.
- Provide patient care in accordance with standards, including treatments, procedures, discharge teaching, and emergency interventions.
- Record patient data accurately, interpret diagnostic results, and document care and observations.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately, participate in quality improvement activities, and ensure safe working conditions.
- Complete all clinical skills under supervision and adhere to organizational policies on licensure, confidentiality, infection control, and safety.
- Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
- No prior experience required; candidates must hold or work toward RN licensure.
- Current RN license recognized in the practice state.
