Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Evanston Hospital
Hours: 36 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends
Role Overview: Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance and take responsibility for nursing outcomes. Lead and guide unlicensed staff in delivering quality patient care, promoting safety, and enhancing patient experiences.
Qualifications & Skills: BSN preferred, current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification required, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical skills are essential.
