- Facilitate and advise the Center Quality Council and performance teams, setting agendas and documenting meetings.
- Report and analyze monthly and quarterly data on patient safety, infection control, risk management, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead root cause analyses, sentinel event reviews, and develop strategies for quality improvement.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory standards and maintain survey readiness.
- Oversee credentialing, peer reviews, and staff education to promote compliance and best practices.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, training staff on safety, quality, and regulatory updates.
- Maintain records of performance activities and prepare annual reports for leadership.
- Licensed Registered Nurse with experience in quality/performance improvement and regulatory standards.
- Associate’s degree in nursing required, Bachelor’s preferred.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of accreditation tools and survey methodologies.
- Ability to access resources and stay current with industry standards.
