- Provide 100% outpatient psychiatric care without call duties
- Work with long-acting injectable treatments
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, APPs, therapists, social workers, and students
- Participate in clinical teaching opportunities
- Engage in innovative community programs and integrated behavioral health services
- Board certification or eligibility in adult psychiatry
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
