- Prescribing medications, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Developing individualized care plans tailored to patient needs
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives within a recovery-focused environment
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant certification
- Experience in primary and behavioral health care, preferably with substance use and mental health populations
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support evidence-based practices
