Program Supervisor

Role Overview: This position involves providing community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, fostering independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with participants and assist them in achieving personal and developmental goals.
• Support with daily activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, budgeting, and exercise.
• Encourage community involvement and participation in favorite activities.
• Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs with patience and compassion.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, reliable, compassionate, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance.
