Job Summary

An onsite Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner supports clinical education and caregiver development.

They assess learning needs, facilitate orientation, and promote ongoing education through standardized tools and adult learning principles.

Qualifications require a BSN, RN license, BLS certification, and experience in staff development and nursing.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, NPD-BC certification, and relevant presentations/publications.

The role involves physical requirements such as reading, verbal communication, manual dexterity, and possibly driving.

Location is in Billings, Montana, with a typical workweek of 40 hours and an hourly rate between $45.31 and $67.01.
