- Maintaining thorough documentation and participating in multidisciplinary team rounds
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proficiency in managing complex medical conditions and effective communication skills
- Experience in digital charting and clinical documentation
- Preferred certifications in specialties such as neurology or geriatrics (not mandatory)
- Clinical expertise with a compassionate approach
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
