Key Responsibilities
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in achieving functional movement goals
- Work independently with a primarily senior/Medicare patient population
- Collaborate with support staff and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state license required
- BLS certification may be necessary
- Experience in outpatient care preferred
- Ability to work independently and effectively with senior patients
