Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a State-approved CNA program (up to four months)
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation)
- Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility
- Document patient care accurately
- Respond promptly to call lights
- Support patient evacuation if needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and regulations
- Exhibit professionalism, patience, enthusiasm, and good judgment
- Ability to lift, move, and transport patients (up to 35 lbs)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and safety procedures
