Occupational Therapist

Position Overview: An Early Intervention Occupational Therapist provides coordinated treatment and implements services for children and families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include delivering outreach services, developing individualized plans, maintaining accurate client records, documenting progress and assessments, ensuring compliance with billing and regulatory requirements, and conducting natural environment visits.

Qualifications: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professionals.

Key Skills And Duties

• Coordinate and deliver therapy services to clients and families
• Collaborate with team members on treatment plans and assessments
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation, including IFSPs and progress notes
• Conduct home and community visits tailored to client needs
• Adhere to professional standards, confidentiality, and billing protocols
• Keep supervisors informed of client progress and service delivery
