- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and healthcare staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate schedules for nursing teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Oversee patient triage and MPAR processes, prioritizing patient needs and resource allocation.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, participate in audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage departmental resources, including staffing and budgeting, aligned with KPIs.
- Facilitate ongoing staff education, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and meet organizational metrics.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
- 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Current RN license in Illinois and BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
