This position provides support staff to assist licensed healthcare providers in the Nursing Department under the supervision of a licensed nurse and Director of Inpatient Services.

- Performing assigned duties and maintaining departmental competencies.
- Assisting with patient care, room preparation, and ensuring patient safety.
- Providing age-appropriate care, recognizing changes in patient condition, and demonstrating service excellence.
- Ensuring supply stock and assisting with specific procedures like Foley insertions or dressing changes, based on formal training.
- Offering emotional support to patients and families, and adhering to organizational policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in RN program (ADN or BSN).
- CPR certification required within 30 days; minimum of 2 shifts per month.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of growth and development principles.
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher and completed competency check-offs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform mobility tasks, and work in an environment with possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
