We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents, supervise CNAs, and support medical treatment under the guidance of the nursing management team.

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents, supervise CNAs, and support medical treatment under the guidance of the nursing management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead team conferences to develop personalized care plans.
- Assess and document residents' conditions and needs.
- Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document procedures.
- Participate in staff orientation and training sessions.
- Assist with special tests and procedures within scope of practice.
- Report observations and reactions regarding residents.
- Coordinate nursing care during therapy or procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and institute appropriate measures.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Active, valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment.
- CPR certification preferred but not mandatory.
