Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, hold an unencumbered LPN license, with experience or clinical hours across the lifespan. Additional certifications or training may be required based on specific services.
Skills: Knowledge of nursing principles, effective communication, confidentiality, ability to work within an interdisciplinary team, and recognize and respond to resident needs.
