Seeking a Locum Obstetrics/Gynecologist for an ongoing position near Westwood Hills, NC.
Responsibilities include managing low risk pregnancies, routine and complicated deliveries, and performing various office and surgical gynecological procedures such as IUD insertions, cystoscopies, colposcopies, LEEP, tubal ligations, and major surgeries like ectopic pregnancies and ovarian removals.
Key duties involve decision-making for C-sections, managing breech and multiple births, and providing outpatient care in a practice setting with an outpatient focus.
Qualifications include: active NC license, ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications, and experience with Athena EMR. Credentialing is approximately 90 days.
Ideal candidates may work on a 7 on/7 off schedule, with call responsibilities via beeper, and receive premiums for night, weekend, and on-call hours. The role offers a $2000 referral bonus for successful referrals working 160 hours.
