We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing support in a mental health facility.

- Conducting physical assessments, documenting care, and assisting adults with mental illnesses in the crisis respite program.
- Responding to medication questions and maintaining accurate MARS forms in coordination with healthcare professionals.
- Adhering to safety and universal precautions, tracking appointments and prescriptions, and supervising medication management for residents.
- Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, maintaining their safety and confidentiality, and collaborating with behavioral health authorities.
- Reporting abuse, neglect, medication errors, and following policies and procedures.
- Training new staff and performing related duties as assigned.
- Valid LVN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in mental or behavioral health preferred.
- Strong understanding of mental health conditions, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of electronic health records and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a current Texas driver's license.
- Physical ability to perform necessary tasks, including lifting and mobility, with some travel involved.
