What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Therapist CCBHC position at Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services?
Role: Provide clinical and recovery-oriented services in a 24/7 co-occurring residential treatment setting for individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client stabilization, recovery, mental health treatment, relapse prevention, and community reintegration. Conduct assessments, individual and group therapy, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. Maintain effective communication with referral sources and team members, complete assessments and documentation promptly, and participate in developing quality clinical practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field; active licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC); certification in CANS/ANSA; 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health preferred. Effective communication skills, experience with evidence-based interventions, and excellent customer service are essential.
Physical & Other Requirements: Predominantly sitting, with occasional standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, driving, and lifting. Full-time role with a salary range of $74,000–$90,000.
