Responsibilities: Assist agency staff by providing transportation, supervising parent-child visitations, completing documentation, managing schedules, and performing clerical duties. Collaborate with DFPS staff, community organizations, and the public. Support monitoring of children, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and needs during visits or placements.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant experience or 30 college semester hours. Knowledge of child investigations, community resources, effective communication, supervision of children, and proficiency with office equipment and software. Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and acceptable driving record required.
Additional Requirements: Ability to travel extensively, including local and overnight trips. Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
