- DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted Florida dental license.

- Ability to credential with various dental insurance plans.
- Physical stamina to perform duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for virtual and in-person training, with TB testing prior to employment where applicable.
