Role: Nurse Educator - Professional Development Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Lead nursing orientation and staff development initiatives within regional shared services.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs to enhance nursing competencies.
  • Support continuous professional growth of nursing staff through targeted training.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
  • BLS certification.
  • Degree in nursing.
  • Minimum of 3 years in nursing education or leadership roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in acute care nursing.

Additional Details

This is a full-time, day-shift, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package and an $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates.
