Role: Manage and integrate the facility's Radiation Protection Program, ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, company, and site requirements to maintain ALARA exposure levels.
Responsibilities: Implement site and DOE policies through the development of facility-specific plans and procedures; represent the Safety & Health Department on radiological protection issues internally and externally; develop and execute business planning systems for resource optimization; provide management leadership to foster a safety and total quality culture.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree with related experience, or an Associate's degree with experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience; at least 4 years of nuclear experience; Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification.
