We are seeking a Construction Technician to support network construction activities, including aerial installations, underground cabling, and MDU projects.

- Perform groundwork tasks such as digging, trenching, burying conduit, and site restoration.
- Execute aerial installations by pulling lasher, strand, and cable between poles.
- Operate and maintain crew equipment and vehicles safely.
- Adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Support construction procedures in various outdoor conditions, often at heights and near power lines.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb poles, and work in tight spaces.
- Good peripheral vision, focus adjustment, and basic computer skills.
- Preferred: basic math, testing equipment knowledge, and a commercial driver’s license.
- Travel, including overnight stays with provided accommodation and per diem, is involved.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, sometimes at night or during weekends, with possible overtime and on-call duties.
- Must be able to work in challenging environments, including near power lines and in poorly ventilated areas.
