- Qualifications: Valid nursing license, required department-specific credentials, and certifications such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider (for chemotherapy administration).
- Certifications: ACLS required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas; PALS for Pediatric areas excluding NICU; Fetal Monitoring certification through recognized centers for L&D nurses.
- Additional Information: Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain necessary certifications. Must demonstrate effective communication, decisiveness, and the ability to work under pressure.
