ITCD Specialist (Integrated Treatment for Co‑Occurring Disorders)

Hannibal, MO | Full‑Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, provide therapeutic support, and collaborate with a team that values empathy, professionalism, and whole‑person care.

What You’ll Do

As an ITCD Specialist, you will:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults with co‑occurring mental health and substance use disorders

  • Complete co‑occurring assessments and help develop client‑centered treatment plans

  • Meet clients where they are through assertive outreach, community connections, and practical support

  • Manage a caseload while maintaining consistent, high‑quality care

  • Collaborate with teammates during staffings and treatment planning meetings

  • Share your knowledge by cross‑training team members on co‑occurring disorder treatment strategies

  • Support clients during emotional or behavioral crises as part of the emergency services team

  • Ensure services meet DMH standards and ITCD fidelity requirements

  • Complete clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with Centerstone standards

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, respectful team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field
    OR four (4) years of relevant experience in mental health and/or substance use services
    OR a combination of education and experience totaling four (4) years

  • Experience or interest in:

    • Mental health and substance use treatment

    • Case management and care coordination

    • Crisis intervention (preferred but not required)

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
