Clinical Care Manager (LPC, LCSW, PLPC, LMSW)
Location: Kirksville, MO
Department: Behavioral Crisis Center – Rapid Access Unit
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (with on‑call rotation)

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead, support, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional behavioral health care.
Leadership & Team Development
Supervise daily operations and provide after‑hours on‑call support
Guide and support front‑line behavioral health staff
Participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and training
Hold regular supervision and performance evaluations
Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
Clinical & Program Oversight
Oversee client care concerns and delegate appropriate interventions
Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
Monitor workflows and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency
Coordinate monthly reporting to the Department of Mental Health
Develop corrective action plans with HR and leadership
Operational & Community Responsibilities
Order supplies and manage equipment for the Rapid Access Unit
Manage staff schedules, timecards, and Workday requests
Support safety drills, facility needs, and emergency procedures
Assist with community outreach and strengthening referral pathways
What You Bring
Education & Licensure
Master’s degree in a human services field
Active or provisional: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, PLPC, or PsyD
Preferred Experience
1 year post‑licensure preferred
Experience in medical, crisis, or psychiatric settings is a plus (not required)
